Turnkey plants

The analysis of the customer’s technical constraints is key to designing an installation that meets his requirements, and regulations. The proposed flowsheet and layout are used to validate the specifications and complete the project.

The integration of existing equipments into the processing chain is possible after technical adjustments. A complete installation includes all functions of the processing chain:

  • Receiving materials: concrete or metal hoppers
  • Feeding (extraction from hoppers or storage devices)
  • Crushing – Comminution
  • Screening
  • Washing – Rinsing – Dewatering
  • Conveying
  • Storing
  • Mixing (recomposition of mixtures)
  • Loading (for shipping)

The installation is complemented by an operating system providing visualisation of the process and control of the equipment in activity: filling, flow rates, lubrication, etc. The operation manager can interrupt a process or direct a flow towards another storage device in case of overflow or for specific requests of materials.
